Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

ANTO ENERGY ships only to valid addresses in Metropolitan France.

We do not deliver to islands, military bases, or sensitive addresses. Orders submitted with an ineligible delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Free shipping

Standard shipping is free for every eligible order. No minimum order value is required, and no additional shipping or handling charge is applied at checkout.

3. Order cut-off time

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 4:00 PM, CET/CEST, on business days. Orders placed after this time are normally processed from the next business day.

4. Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorisation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.

5. Estimated delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 business days within Metropolitan France. The usual total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 4 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier disruption, weather, access restrictions, or incorrect delivery details.

6. Tracking

Tracking information is provided for every dispatched order. The tracking reference or tracking link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to become active in the carrier's system.

7. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly at support@antoenergyshop.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. Delayed or missing delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected period, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and provide an appropriate solution.

9. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If a parcel arrives damaged, or your order is incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly. ANTO ENERGY is responsible for handling the issue and will arrange an appropriate replacement, missing item, or refund where applicable.
