ANTO ENERGY offers a 30-day return period for products purchased through antoenergyshop.com by consumers in Metropolitan France.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you, receive the product.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending a product back, please email support@antoenergyshop.com and include:

Your full name;
Your order number;
The email address used for the order;
The product or products you wish to return; and
A clear statement that you wish to return the product.

We will provide return instructions and arrange standard return shipping at our cost.

4. Return Shipping Costs

ANTO ENERGY covers the standard direct cost of return shipping for returns requested within the 30-day return period. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct instructions.

5. Returned Products

All products sold on our website may be returned within the applicable return period. Please return products with all supplied parts and accessories, in a condition consistent with handling reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and operation.

6. Refunds

After we receive and check the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refunded amount. We do not charge a refund fee.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact us before returning the product so that we can confirm the exchange process. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a missing item or component, contact us promptly at support@antoenergyshop.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. ANTO ENERGY will bear responsibility for the appropriate solution, including replacement, missing part, or refund where applicable.

9. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to stop processing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, the normal return procedure applies.
